Veterans need to have a DD214. This is a very important document because it classifies the type of discharge the veteran had when they were discharged. The veteran will also need medical evidence, and this can include evidence from both the VA and any private physician or doctor that the veteran may have received care from. Any third-party statements are really useful. Those third-party statements, they help add color to the story of the veteran.
