TDIU or IU is individual unemployability. It’s a 100% VA rating if you can prove your condition prevents you from sustainable employment and you have at least one service connected disability rated at 60% or more or or two or more service connected disabilities with at least one rated at 40% or more and a combined rating of 70% or more.
