Linda Cosme
Linda Cosme is a resilient U.S. Army veteran whose career is marked by dedication, service, and a strong commitment to fellow veterans. She began her military journey in 1976, completing Basic Training and Military Police Training before serving with the 7th Army Training Command in Germany, which oversaw U.S. Army Europe’s training readiness. There, she excelled in marksmanship, earning an expert’s badge with the M16 rifle and a sharpshooter’s badge with the M1911 pistol.
Linda’s service took a challenging turn after a severe accident in the line of duty, which required 13 months of recovery and multiple orthopedic surgeries. Due to her injuries, she was honorably discharged in 1979 and is now a 100% disabled veteran. Her detailed medical records helped her transition smoothly from a military disability pension to VA disability benefits.
Driven by her experience, Linda has dedicated herself to helping other veterans navigate complex disability claims. She has successfully advocated for veterans, significantly increasing their VA disability ratings and helping them access Social Security Disability benefits. As a VA-accredited advocate, Linda’s expertise and commitment continue to make a meaningful difference for veterans.
