The Three Levels of VA Appeals | How to Fight a Denied Claim

Video Transcript

If the VA denies your claim. Don’t give up. Appeals are often where veterans win their benefits. It’s important to remember that you have multiple options.

There are three ways your claim can be appealed and ultimately won.

The first is a higher level review. This is where a more senior VA adjudicator takes a fresh look at your case.

The next way is through a supplemental claim. This is where you submit new evidence like a nexus letter.

The last way you can appeal your claim is through a Board of Veterans Appeals. This is a formal appeal before a veterans law judge.

Our team has years of experience working with the Board of Veterans Appeals fighting for veterans who deserve a fair decision. You don’t have to do this alone. We understand how challenging the process can be, and we’re committed to making sure you and your case gets the attention it deserves.
