- Military dependents must:
- Be related to the military passenger
- Travel with the eligible military member
- Present valid active dependent identification
- Rates and availability may vary based on travel dates and destinations.

- Active Duty members must present:
- Valid military ID
- Or separation papers (for recently discharged personnel)
- Dependents must present:
- Uniformed Services Identification and Privilege Card marked “Active”
